Mary Beth is a South Tampa native and University of Central Florida alumni; she has been working with Operation Restore since 2018.

Today, Mary Beth administers to the day-to-day operations of the facility.  She is the contact for rental inquiries, event planning and retreat bookings to ensure guests experience Franciscan hospitality.
