Chef Roddrick is the Franciscan Center’s resident chef. He has created a delicious upscale dining experience for Center guests that rival any catering company in the area. Chef Roddrick is a third generation American from Tampa, Florida. Nurtured in a multicultural environment, food has always been the center piece of his relationships. As a youngster, he studied his aunts’ and cousins’ movements in the kitchen, along with those of television celebrities like Justin Wilson and Julia Childs. He later followed his passion by completing culinary school and went on to work at some of the top restaurants in the Tampa Bay area. Being an entrepreneur, Chef Roddrick has owned and operated culinary services of his own such as Pie Guys Gourmet Meat Pies; and A Taste For Catering Food Services. He is now experimenting with a seasoning line called “Seasoned Greetings.”
