Brian Lemoi

Brian has been in ministry in Catholic Schools, Parishes, and Dioceses since 1981.  Brian said of this new chapter in his life “As the new Executive Director of the Franciscan Center, I am honored to return grateful service to the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, their charism and vision, and their living legacy of companionship with and for anyone who seeks spiritual growth, pursues peace of mind and heart, and desires growth in their relationship with God and others.  Long before accepting this position of leadership for the Franciscan Center, I was the recipient of so many blessings from programs and prayerful events here.  How blessed I am to continue my ministry in this way and at this time.  Pax et Bonum!”  Brian Lemoi

Father Michael Reyes, OFM

Fr. Michael Reyes, OFM is a Franciscan friar from the US Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe.  He was born in San Pablo City, Laguna, in the Philippines.  After a career in information technology and finance in New York City, he joined the Order of Friars Minor in 2008.  Fr. Michael was Solemnly professed in August 2014 and was ordained to the Priesthood in January 2016.  He received his MDiv from the Catholic University of America (DC) in 2015 and his MFA from the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture (NY) in 2020.  He had served in various ministries, from being a parochial vicar at Sacred Heart Church in Tampa, FL, Parish Administrator at St Bonaventure Church in Allegany, NY, to giving online retreats through the Friar’s YouTube channel “FriarArt”.

Mary Beth Sabo

Mary Beth is a South Tampa native and University of Central Florida alumni; she has been working with Operation Restore since 2018.

Today, Mary Beth administers to the day-to-day operations of the facility.  She is the contact for rental inquiries, event planning and retreat bookings to ensure guests experience Franciscan hospitality.

Karen Davies

Karen manages our guest services and Zoom programming. She has worked for the Franciscan Center since 2001. She graduated from Shepherd College with a BS degree in Social Work. Karen has a tremendous caring spirit. She enjoys being with her pets.

Doug Wade

Doug oversees facility maintenance and event set up. He joined the Center in the fall of 2018.

C. Liliana Hughson

Lily just joined the Franciscan Center as part-time staff. After 28 years of parish experience, she is looking forward to continuing to serve God’s people and connecting with all persons, especially those who speak Spanish.
