The EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE MINISTRY is a FAITH-BASED, SPIRIT-LED support group that meets weekly to assist persons “In Between Jobs”.

This ministry began as a “parish-based” outreach program in 2006 and was created to:

• Tend to the emotional and spiritual needs of individuals experiencing unemployment
• Provide hope, inspiration and assistance to jobseekers enabling you to:
  • identify the job that is right for you and
  • develop the skills to go after and get the job that’s right for you.

The EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE MINISTRY (EAM) began in 2006 at St. Paul’s in Tampa FL.  It was called the “In-Between Jobs” Support Group (or as many referred to us “Tweeners”).

Since we began, we have been able to help thousands of jobseekers find and secure their next job.  May we help you or someone you know?
