JUMP Initiative sponsored by
Allegany Franciscan Ministries and St. Petersburg College

The JUMP (Journey to Unlock Management Potential) initiative is a collaboration between Allegany Franciscan Ministries, St. Petersburg College and the Nonprofit Leadership Council of Tampa Bay designed to “increase organizational capacity and strengthen sustainability” of non-profits in the Tampa Bay area. The Franciscan Center is one of six organizations participating in the pilot program, each of whom has been awarded $30,000 in funding and support over the 12-24 month grant period. The Center is focusing its JUMP resources on Board education and development to improve Board performance.
